Love Among the Chickens

Stanley Featherstonehaugh Ukridge’s latest get-rich-quick scheme involves producing eggs for sale on a farm in Dorset. Writer friend Jeremy Garnet joins him on a lark. Of course, there is more to keeping chickens than Ukridge expects, but Garnet finds himself falling in love with a neighbor’s daughter. Classic Wodehousean schemes and complications ensue.
