The House of the Seven Gables

This dilapidated house carries a curse from Wizard Maule, the man it was taken from by the ancestor of the current owner. Hawthorne, whose own great-grandfather was a judge in the Salem witch trials, weaves a complex tale of betrayals, secrets and concealed relationships that in the end resolves Maule’s curse and unites the two alienated families.
